Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we deliver exclusively within the European Union.

Starting in 2027, we will gradually expand our shipping destinations to include:

  • United Kingdom
  • Switzerland
  • United States
  • Canada
  • Australia
  • New Zealand
  • Japan
  • South Korea
  • Singapore
  • Hong Kong

New destinations will be announced as they become available.
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €150 within the European Union.

For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically dispatched within 5 to 7 business days after your order has been placed.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and your local postal service. During peak periods, slight delays may also occur.
What happens if I'm not home when my order is delivered?

Our parcels are shipped through your local postal service.

If no one is available to receive your package, the postal carrier will follow their usual delivery procedure. Depending on your local postal service, your parcel may be:

  • delivered to a nearby collection point or post office,
  • a new delivery attempt may be scheduled,
  • or delivery instructions may be left for you.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can use this tracking link at any time to follow your parcel until it reaches your delivery address.
Can I request a special delivery?

If you have a specific delivery request, please contact our Customer Support team before placing your order or as soon as possible afterwards.

While we cannot guarantee every request, we'll always do our best to accommodate your needs whenever possible.
