We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions set out below.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at contact@studioluminis.com within this 14-day period and clearly state your decision to withdraw from the purchase.

We will provide you with the appropriate return address and return instructions.

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, the item must be returned within 14 days.

Products should be returned carefully packaged and protected for transport. Customers may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise non-conforming, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the order.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and packaging the product carefully to prevent damage during transit.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your product arrives damaged, is defective, does not correspond to your order, or otherwise does not conform to the product description, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@studioluminis.com.

Please include your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue. We will assess the situation and provide the appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Where the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise non-conforming, you will not be charged the costs associated with the applicable legal remedy.

Legal Guarantee of Conformity

Products sold to consumers are covered by the applicable legal guarantee of conformity.

Under Spanish consumer law, new goods are covered by a three-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery.

If a product is defective or does not conform to the description or characteristics presented at the time of purchase, please contact us at contact@studioluminis.com.

Where applicable, the remedies provided by consumer law — including repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract — will be provided in accordance with the applicable legal requirements and at no additional cost to the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products provided for by applicable consumer law, including:

products made according to the customer's individual specifications;
clearly personalised or customised products;
gift cards, where applicable.

A product is not considered personalised solely because it is handcrafted or produced individually after an order is placed. This exception applies to products specifically created or modified according to the customer's individual requirements.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, you may return your original purchase where eligible and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email.

Where the right of withdrawal has been validly exercised, we will reimburse the payments received from you in accordance with applicable consumer law, using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Where applicable, standard delivery costs paid for the original order will also be reimbursed. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery option are not refundable.

Once the refund has been processed, your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
