Do I have to pay customs duties?
No. As we currently ship exclusively within the European Union, no customs duties or import charges apply to your order.
The total amount displayed at checkout is the final amount you will pay. No additional customs fees will be charged upon delivery. For shipments between EU countries, customs formalities do not apply in the same way as imports from outside the EU.
Is VAT included in your prices?
Yes. All prices displayed on our website include the applicable VAT where required.
Luminis Studio is a business established in Spain and registered with an intra-Community VAT number:

VAT is calculated in accordance with the applicable European Union VAT rules for cross-border sales to consumers.
Can I request an invoice?
Yes.
If you require an invoice for your purchase, simply contact us at
contact@studioluminis.com after placing your order and include your order number along with your billing details.
We'll be happy to issue your invoice as soon as possible.
Do you sell outside the European Union?
At the moment, we only deliver within the European Union.
Beginning in 2027, we plan to expand our shipping destinations to include the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and Hong Kong.
As new destinations become available, they will be announced on our website.
