How do I place an order?
Shopping with us is simple. Browse our collections, add your favorite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout when you're ready. Before confirming your purchase, take a moment to review your shipping details and payment information. Once your order has been successfully placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with a summary of your purchase.
Can I update or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible. We'll check whether your order is still being processed and do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that once an order has been prepared or shipped, it may no longer be possible to modify or cancel it.
How can I check the status of my order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can also log in to your customer account at any time to view your order history and follow the latest delivery updates.
