Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept the major payment methods available through our secure Shopify checkout, including most major credit and debit cards.
Depending on your location and device, additional payment options such as digital wallets or local payment methods may also be available during checkout. Shopify Payments supports major cards as well as accelerated checkouts and eligible local payment methods.
When will I be charged for my order?
Payment is processed securely when you complete your purchase at checkout.
Once your payment has been successfully authorized, you will receive an order confirmation by email and we will begin preparing your order.
Are my payments secure?
Yes.
All payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout using industry-standard encryption and security measures designed to protect your payment information.
Luminis Studio never stores your full payment details on its own servers.
Why was my payment declined?
Payments may be declined for several reasons, including insufficient funds, incorrect payment details, security checks performed by your bank, or issues with your card provider.
If your payment is unsuccessful, we recommend trying again with a different payment method or contacting your bank for further information. If the issue persists, feel free to contact us at

Are taxes included in your prices?
Yes.
All prices displayed on our website include the applicable VAT where required. The final amount payable, including any applicable taxes, will always be displayed before you confirm your order.
As we currently sell exclusively within the European Union, no additional customs duties or import charges apply to your purchase.
