This architectural lamp is conceived as a sculptural light object inspired by contemporary architecture and modernist ideas. Entirely imagined, designed, and handcrafted by a French architect with a background in spatial and architectural design, it combines architectural precision with a clean and refined aesthetic to create a luminous sculptural piece.
Positioned somewhere between an illuminated architectural model and a modernist façade, the piece evokes the abstraction of a building rather than representing a specific structure. Its carefully composed volumes and subtle façade details create a delicate interplay of light and shadow, bringing warmth and depth to contemporary interiors.
The upper structure is fully 3D-printed in white PLA and assembled by hand in the studio. Its sharp geometry and precise lines are inspired by architectural elements such as façades and volumetric compositions, resulting in a minimalist object with a strong sculptural identity.
It rests on a solid concrete base, cast by hand in the workshop. The raw mineral tone and matte texture of the concrete contrast with the crisp finish of the printed structure, creating a balance between craftsmanship and contemporary fabrication. This dialogue between materials defines the identity of the piece.
