We hope you are delighted with your purchase. At Studio Luminis, each piece is individually handcrafted with care. If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.

For customers covered by European Union consumer protection legislation, this includes the statutory right of withdrawal. For customers outside the European Union, including the United States, Studio Luminis voluntarily offers the same 14-day return period, subject to applicable law and the conditions set out in this policy.

To request a return, please contact us at contact@studioluminis.com within 14 days of receiving your order and clearly state your intention to return the product.

We will provide the appropriate return address and instructions.

After notifying us of your decision, the item must be shipped back within 14 days.

Products should be returned carefully packaged and adequately protected during transport. Customers may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the order.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and carefully protecting the product during transport, particularly for international returns.

International Returns & Customs

For orders returned from outside the European Union, including the United States, additional customs formalities may apply.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs and any customs charges arising from the return shipment, except where the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming, or where applicable law requires otherwise.

Customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees paid by the customer on the original shipment may not be refundable by Studio Luminis, except where required by applicable law.

If Studio Luminis has prepaid import duties or customs charges for the original delivery, any treatment of those amounts in the event of a return will be determined in accordance with applicable consumer law and the terms of the purchase.

Please contact us before arranging an international return so that we can provide guidance on the appropriate shipping and customs documentation.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your product arrives damaged, is defective, does not correspond to your order or otherwise does not conform to the product description, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@studioluminis.com.

Please include your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue.

We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming, customers will not be charged costs associated with remedies that must be provided free of charge under applicable law.

Legal Guarantee of Conformity

Products sold to consumers are covered by the legal guarantees and consumer protection rights applicable to their purchase.

Under Spanish consumer law, new goods are generally covered by a three-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery.

The applicability and scope of this statutory guarantee depend on the legislation governing the purchase and the consumer's location. Customers outside the European Union may have different statutory rights under their local laws.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable to your purchase.

If a product is defective or does not conform to the description or characteristics presented at the time of purchase, please contact us at contact@studioluminis.com.

Where applicable, remedies including repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract will be provided in accordance with the relevant legal requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

The 14-day return policy does not apply to certain products, including:

Products made according to the customer's individual specifications.
Clearly personalised or customised products.
Gift cards, where applicable and permitted by law.

A product is not considered personalised solely because it is handcrafted or individually produced after an order is placed.

This exception concerns products specifically created or modified according to the customer's individual requirements.

These exclusions do not affect any mandatory rights relating to faulty, damaged or non-conforming products.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, you may return your original purchase where eligible and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email.

For customers exercising a statutory right of withdrawal, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law.

For returns accepted under our voluntary 14-day return policy, we will reimburse the amount paid for the returned product, subject to the conditions of this policy and applicable law.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

For statutory withdrawals, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Where required by applicable consumer law, standard delivery costs paid for the original order will also be reimbursed. Additional costs resulting from the selection of a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery option are not refundable.

For voluntary returns outside the scope of statutory withdrawal rights, original shipping charges are not refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds will be processed within the time limits required by applicable law. For voluntary returns, we aim to process refunds within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Once the refund has been issued, your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
